Hayley has been the Administrative Director at Mental Health Connections since October 2023, bringing a wealth of interest and passion to the role. With over a decade in the hospitality management industry, she has seamlessly transitioned her dedication to helping others into her current position at MHC. Her love for social services and her honed management skills have culminated in a fulfilling career that aligns with her interests. Hayley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boise State University in 2018. Her fascination with psychology began with her very first class, where she was captivated by the complexities of human behavior, thought processes, and personalities that make each individual unique. Outside of work, Hayley is an enthusiastic adventurer, always eager for her next outdoor escapade. During summers you will find her camping, hiking, and water skiing, as she thrives on staying active and exploring new places. Her compassion extends to her love for animals, especially her beloved cat, Mia. Hayley also cherishes time spent with her large, blended family, which includes 13 nieces and nephews, six older brothers, and nine first cousins, enriching her life with joy and connection.
